The levelers used by Cauffiel Technologies are used in both the cut to length systems and press feed lines. Cauffiel plate levelers have been designed and built for a wide range of materials and specifications. We have built equipment to level parts after being stamped, exotic alloys from casters, very heavy tool steel plate, and many others. We have built the largest and most technologically advanced plate levelers in the world. Few, if anyone, has the experience and expertise. Cauffiel Technologies has also built some of the largest plate levelers manufactured by anyone in recent years. These machines are 'Four High' types with 12 inch and larger diameter rolls. Some of these machines can level plate up to 150 inches wide by 5 inches thick. All heavy gauge Cauffiel Technologies levelers have individually-adjustable rolls which has many advantages and is unique to Cauffiel Technologies.
Cauffield Technologies' tension levelers have been designed and built for wide range of materials and specifications. Our tension level lines are available with the latest in electronic elongation control for producing a superior level consistency. We also manufacture a less expensive system that utilizes our mechanical posi-control system. This economical solution offers many customers an extremely reliable line that's easy to maintain.
